The holiday of Purim is fast approaching and will be celebrated on March 13-14. One very special mitzvah of Purim is to send Kosher food gifts to our neighbors, friends and family members. This is known as Mishloach Manot or Shalach Manos.
Our Chabad House is implementing an innovative initiative to assist you in remembering your friends in our community on Purim while simultaneously supporting Chabad's ability to send over 120 Purim Gift Packages to local families. This is a great opportunity for you to participate in this special Purim Mitzvah as well as a wonderful community building project!
An elegant Shalach Manos gift package featuring fresh Hamantashen and other delicious treats will be delivered to over 120 families with a Purim greeting card listing the names of those contributing and helping sponsor this project. This is an opportunity to show your love and support by having your name included on a card that will accompany the Purim food gift packages.
