True safety is about being present. This session will help you move from general anxiety to focused awareness. We will learn how to spot out-of-place behaviors, recognize when something disrupts the normal rhythm of our Chabad, and understand the science behind trusting your instincts. You will leave with effective tools to identify warning signs early and keep our community secure. Led by Shay HaLevi,
